About the Opportunity / Organizer
S.S. Khanduja & Co. (Chambers of Harshit Khanduja, Advocate-on-Record, Supreme Court of India) is a distinguished legal practice founded by Mr. S.S. Khanduja. The firm’s counsels have represented clients and assisted the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India in landmark litigation matters since the inception of the practice. The firm is currently inviting applications for two Associate positions and rolling Legal Internship positions in New Delhi.
Key Responsibilities / Scope of Work
- Associate Position: Handle matters across the Supreme Court of India and the Delhi High Court, including legal drafting, research, case briefing, filings, and courtroom appearances.
- Legal Intern Position: Conduct comprehensive legal research, assist in drafting pleadings, organize brief files, and observe court proceedings at various judicial levels.
Eligibility & Qualifications
- Associate Position (2 vacancies):
- 1 vacancy for a Fresher (2024/2025 Law Graduate).
- 1 vacancy for a candidate with 0–2 years of Post-Qualification Experience (PQE).
- Candidates must be well-versed with practice and procedures of the Supreme Court of India and Delhi High Court.
- Legal Internship Position (2 interns per month):
- Open to 4th-year and 5th-year (final year) law students pursuing a 5-year law degree, or 2nd/3rd-year students in a 3-year LL.B. course.
Stipend & Perks
- Stipend: Performance-based stipend for Legal Interns.
- Hands-on litigation exposure in landmark Supreme Court and Delhi High Court proceedings.
