About the Opportunity / Organizer

Key Responsibilities / Scope
- Work closely with senior team members on complex corporate restructuring transactions and advisory assignments.
- Handle drafting and legal execution requiring strong legal acumen and precision.
- Manage multiple transactional assignments and strict timelines effectively with high attention to detail.
Eligibility & Qualifications
- 1–2 years of relevant post-qualification experience (PQE).
- Hands-on experience in corporate restructuring and general corporate advisory.
- Demonstrated experience or focus in schemes of arrangement, mergers, and demergers before the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT).
- Exposure to fast-track mergers, stamp duty advisory, and succession planning.
