About the Opportunity
Suits & Briefs has announced an opening for a remote, full-time Litigation & Dispute Resolution Community Mentor to guide learners in building a strong foundation in practical litigation and dispute resolution practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Help learners understand the core basics and practical nuances of litigation and dispute resolution.
- Manage online learning communities and actively interact with students.
- Deliver engaging live classes and one-on-one/group coaching sessions.
- Speak with individuals interested in learning litigation skills or exploring relevant professional programmes.
- Guide learners through their structured learning journey and address their academic queries patiently.
- Handle questions from learners exploring community learning programmes.
Eligibility & Qualifications
- Litigation professional with proven experience drafting 100+ petitions in previous roles or for clients.
- A genuine interest in mentoring, teaching, and enabling others to succeed.
- Comfortable taking live online classes and conducting coaching sessions over video/audio calls.
- Good screen presence and presentation abilities.
- Strong bilingual communication skills in both English and Hindi.
- Candidates with a strong, genuine reason for preferring a remote/work-from-home setup are preferred.
Stipend & Compensation
Compensation: ₹50,000 to ₹65,000 per month (inclusive of incentives).
