The Office of Mr. Ankur Sood (Advocate-on-Record) is offering an exclusive opportunity for two highly motivated offline legal interns to join our prestigious practice in Greater Kailash 1, New Delhi.
This is not a passive internship. You will be fully integrated into a fast-paced, high-stakes litigation environment, working directly on matters before the country's premier judicial forums. We are offering two distinct slots: one starting 1 October 2026 and another starting 1 November 2026, each for a minimum duration of four weeks.
What You Will Do: Key Responsibilities
- High-Court & Supreme Court Exposure: Assist in drafting, research, and preparation for matters pending before the Supreme Court of India, Delhi High Court, NCDRC, DRT, and various district courts.
- Arbitration Proceedings: Gain deep insights into complex commercial arbitration proceedings, assisting with case strategy and brief preparation.
- Legal Research & Drafting: Conduct exhaustive legal research on intricate points of civil and commercial law, drafting writ petitions, appeals, applications, and written submissions.
- Court Attendance: Accompany the team to court hearings to observe oral advocacy and court proceedings firsthand.
Who We Are Looking For
- Law students (preferably in their 3rd year or higher of a 5-year program, or 2nd year or higher of a 3-year program) with a strong academic record and a passion for dispute resolution.
- Individuals with exceptional legal research, analytical, and writing skills.
- Candidates who are ready to commit to a full-time, offline, rigorous internship in New Delhi.
