Key Qualifications & Eligibility
- Minimum Qualification: LL.M. degree with NET (National Eligibility Test) qualification.
- Preferred Qualification: Ph.D. in Law from a recognized university.
- Research & Publications: Demonstrable track record of impactful academic research, publications in reputed legal journals, and scholarly contributions is highly encouraged.
