12th Manipal Ranka International Moot Court Competition 2026

Manipal University Jaipur, in association with Ranka Public Charitable Trust, is hosting the prestigious 12th Manipal Ranka International Moot Court Competition 2026. This flagship competition brings together bright legal minds from across the globe to compete in hybrid format rounds designed to challenge research, oral advocacy, and legal reasoning skills.

Eligibility Criteria

• Open to bona fide students enrolled in a regular 3-year or 5-year LL.B. or LL.M. programme at institutions recognised by the Bar Council of India (or equivalent international legal education bodies).

• Only one team per recognised university, law school, or college may participate.

• Each team must consist of 2 or 3 members.

• Moot Problem Released: 29 July 2026

• Last Date for Clarifications: 4 September 2026

• Clarifications Released: 11 September 2026

• Registration Deadline: 23 September 2026

• Memorial Submission (Soft Copy): 29 September 2026

• Preliminary Rounds (Online): 2 October 2026

• Preliminary Results: 4 October 2026

• Accommodation Fee Window: 4–11 October 2026

• Advanced Rounds (In-Person): 25–26 October 2026 (at Manipal University Jaipur, Rajasthan)

Registration & Accommodation Fee Structure

• Indian Teams: Registration Fee of INR 5,000. Qualified teams advancing to the offline rounds pay an Accommodation Fee of INR 5,000 (includes food and accommodation).

• International Teams: Registration Fee of USD 50. Qualified international teams pay an Accommodation Fee of USD 50.

• Winner: Trophy, Certificate & INR 51,000

• Runner-up: Trophy, Certificate & INR 25,000

• Best Speaker: Trophy, Certificate & INR 10,000

• Best Memorial: Trophy, Certificate & INR 10,000

• Best Researcher: Trophy, Certificate & INR 10,000
