9th Surana & Surana and School of Law, Raffles University Labour Law Moot Court Competition 2026

The School of Law, Raffles University, in association with Surana & Surana International Attorneys, presents the prestigious 9th National Labour Law Moot Court Competition 2026. This flagship competition provides a prime platform for aspiring litigators to hone their advocacy, legal drafting, and analytical skills in the dynamic area of Labour and Industrial Law.

About the Competition

The Surana & Surana and Raffles University Labour Law Moot Court Competition is widely regarded as one of the most intellectually challenging moots in India focusing specifically on workplace rights, industrial disputes, and contemporary labour jurisprudence.

Eligibility

• Open to bona fide law students pursuing either a 3-year LL.B. or 5-year Integrated Law Degree from any Bar Council of India (BCI) recognized institution or university.
• Each participating institution may register a team comprising 2 or 3 members (Two Speakers and One Researcher).

• Cash prizes and trophies for the Winners, Runners-up, Best Memorial, and Best Student Advocate.
