The Neotia University (TNU), an initiative of the Ambuja Neotia Group, is a UGC-recognized university established under the West Bengal State Government University Act, 2014. The competition is organized by the School of Legal Studies, which strives to promote academic excellence and practical legal education through immersive advocacy, drafting, and legal research exercises.
The Neotia University Moot Court Competition 2026 is a national-level academic and advocacy event simulating real courtroom proceedings. Key objectives include:
The competition structured rounds include the Preliminary Round, Quarter-Final Round, Semi-Final Round, and Final Round.
The total cash prize pool is up to ₹23,000 distributed as follows:
