Avantika University is hosting the Avantika’s Nyayashastra 3rd PAN-India Moot Court Competition, 2026. Designed to foster research, drafting, and advocacy skills among law students, this premier national competition features a hybrid format—combining the flexibility of online preliminary rounds with the thrilling experience of offline semi-final and final rounds at the university's Ujjain campus.

Theme & Key Topics

The moot proposition focuses on crucial contemporary legal developments, covering:

• Constitutional Law
• Assisted Reproductive Technology (ART Act, 2021)
• Transgender Rights
• Family Law
• Law of Succession

Eligibility & Team Composition

• Open to students currently enrolled in undergraduate law programs (3-year LL.B. or 5-year integrated law courses) from any recognized college or university across India.
• Each institution is permitted to register only one team.
• Teams must consist of 2 or 3 members:
  • 2-Member Team: Both members shall act as Speakers.
  • 3-Member Team: Two members shall act as Speakers and one member as a Researcher.

Registration Details

The registration fee is ₹3,000 per team (non-refundable). Interested teams must register online and make the payment via the UPI QR code available in the registration form. Ensure that payment proof is uploaded during submission before the deadline on October 20, 2026.
